Refund policy

We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.

Merchandise in original saleable condition with all original tags attached may be refunded back to the original form of payment or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.

Clients choose the courier on their own, taking into account that the parcel must be delivered within 10 days.

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order size, within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date the item(s) can be returned for size exchange. In case of absence of desired size, BOBKOVA may provide a store credit for a relevant amount or refund. BOBKOVA is not responsible for return shipping costs. All refunds exclude delivery costs.

Merchandise must be accompanied by both the original sales receipt and a return authorization number. To receive a return authorization number, e-mail hello@bobkova.ua and provide your name, order number, name of item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return. Any merchandise returned without a return authorization number will incur a non-negotiable re-stocking fee at 50% of the cost of the merchandise ordered, excluding tax and shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our standards. Where provided, all original packaging to accompany the item must be included and returned in its original condition. Goods that are returned with damages may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.

In cases not covered by this Delivery and Return Policy, issues are solved individually by negotiations of the parties.
